No Cost Ways to Improve Sales
Apr 26th, 2009 | By Patrysha | Category: MarketingOne of the most surprising things to many of my new clients is the range of simple, no cost strategies that I first suggest. One of the reasons that I chose “solid foundations” as part of my tagline is that I do genuinely believe that a business that is strong in the foundations of superb customer service has the best opportunities for making the most of their marketing.
Once you’ve ensured that your product is of good value for the price, you work to increase the percieved value through your service.
You don’t have to spend money on these sorts of improvements if you don’t want to. If there’s one message I hope to get across, is that a small budget doesn’t have to mean you can’t afford to market. In fact, it’s often easier to achieve results on a small budget.
If simple works, why complicate things?
Whether you can afford a professional or can only afford to buy a manual to do it yourself or a DVD to share with your staff…you’ll find it worth the investment many times over.
(Remember we provide full marketing programs starting at $47 a month)
Not sure you trust a marketer from a small town in the middle of what could be called nowhere (but is truly a paradise in the rough) – check out this article from Canada One The Shocking Truth About Your Image…and consider how easy it would be to ensure these types of incidents don’t happen in your business.
As I say in my free book (that you can order through the Services Request form) staff training is a marketing investment.
