I have to admit, I twittered the news first. At about 10pm tonight, the Whitecourt and District Chamber of Commerce announced the winner of the best booth display in the multi-booth category. It was PK Marketing Solutions.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have a presentation or any opportunity for public speaking, so I didn’t have a chance to credit this success to all the participants in the booths.  While it was registered under my business name because I made the arrangements with the Chamber, there are actually six winners behind the booth at the Whitecourt Trade Show.

This was a joint promotional effort from six locally owned businesses including:

• Cyber Vision Computers
• Tiddlee Winx Toys and Stuff
• DR Electrolysis Clinical Day Spa
• everyBODY massage
• PK Marketing Solutions

We pooled together our resources to accomplish something that we couldn’t on our own. At least I know I couldn’t have been there financially without the help of the others. Neither could I have put together the entire display on my own. It’s eclectic, but so is Whitecourt.

I must get my to do list written and get to sleep – there are still two days left for the Trade Show…no time to appreciate the accomplishment quite yet.
