Guest Posting
Feb 1st, 2010 | By Patrysha | Category: PublicityYou’ll often hear me referring to article marketing as an inexpensive way to market. In truth, if you write your own articles (as I do at the moment), the entire process is free. And you know that I endeavor to walk my talk when it makes sense for my own business…so it’s only natural to announce I have secured a couple of guest blog positions on other sites.
You’ll find fresh articles on publicity every Monday at Home Business Geeks
As you know I’ve been calling myself a marketing and promotions geek for quite a while now. Geeks is a word used to describe passionate enthusiasts of any interest -so you could be an organizing geek, a cooking geek, a car geek…well you get the picture. If you’re turning (or have turned) your passion into a business, you’ll want to check out Home Business Geeks.
The other site is owned by a consultant much like myself, Joe Cheray over at Wildheart’s Web 2.0. I don’t know that there will be set schedule, but I will be contributing once a week articles there.

How to earn money from writing guest articles on others blog?
Guest blogging is an indirect business builder. I do not get paid to write except by my clients (and in the distant past I got paid by magazines and other publications as a freelance writer). The benefit of guest blogging comes from reaching a new audience with my advice and expertise. I know not everyone who could use me is going to find me by looking for me, especially since I am not especially gifted at SEO an such. Offering quality writing (and the expertise behind it) to other sites brings interested, targeted customers and helps spark new relationships.
