Hi everyone! My home business is a bit different from the traditional home business. In truth, I pretty much sucked at direct sales. What I’m good at is getting publicity (along with general writing for small and home bases businesses). I’ve written releases for several direct sales consultants including candle reps and a Watkins rep. I do kind of think it’s sad that not one of the reps who has sold to me locally has ever shown the remotest interest in what I do and what I have done for reps in other areas. But then maybe I haven’t done the best job of promoting what I do. Though I have tried through all the traditional media that are available locally, plus this website and tons of online activities in some of the very best online incubators for wealth that I know of.

Anyway, I hope since you all seem to understand the importance of Facebook in your businesses that you might be different.

If you shop locally you may have seen or heard about the Sizzling Summer Promotion with 24 local merchants including IGA…if you did then you’ve seen my work. (Though nobody from this group ever became a fan of the Facebook page that I know of)

Still, if you heard of it then at least part of the campaign worked. Anyway, that promotion cost each merchant less than it costs for one single half page ad in the Whitecourt Star or what it would cost for a very small campaign on either of the local radio stations. Over 3000 people signed up for the chance to win $1000. (Yes, that’s one thousand, not ten thousand like it looked like when I first posted…thanks for the eagle eyes out there that caught my typo!)

I have an idea of doing something similar within the work at home market here plus I can help connect you with people who are doing super well with their work at home businesses in other communities I’ve been online a long time and so if you’re new to online business I can connect you to people who really know their stuff.
