You can choose to get in touch with us in a variety of ways, all outlined on our Contact page. One of the easiest ways to inquire about our services is through our Service Request Web Form.

Phone, Fax, Skype and Instant Messenger are also available options.

When you make an inquiry, you will be asked for contact details which we will file according to our privacy policy.

From your inquiry, we will likely need to consult with you to prepare an estimate of the costs involved, anticipated deadlines and other details important to your request.

Deadlines are considered approximate until they are set out in an official contract.

Once you have notified us of your course of action, a written work agreementĀ  will be drawn up outlining all the pertinent details and deadlines for your project.

Specific payment details will be also be outlined in the work agreeement.

In general, small projects are payable in advance, medium sized projects are payable 50% at contract and 50% on acceptance and delivery and large projects are payable 50% on contract, 25% on first draft and 25% on acceptance and delivery.

Payment is accepted by Cash, Paypal, Visa or MasterCard.

Local clients have the additional options of paying by business cheque or money order.
